The Exclusive Foodaholic's guide

Sundays are meant to do nothing; however, the sinful gut needs its fuel. So it all began with Nizam's at Connaught Place, the Sunday brunch was certainly Nawabi. Though it was tough to choose among the long list the restaurant had to offer, I settled on the most popular Mutton Biryani.

Well, I have had a lot many varieties of biryanis in my life across the nation, however, Nizam's, to be frank, has a different flavor unique to itself, and on top of that, it wasn't as spicy as most biryanis we find are.

Located at the H-block of the inner circle of Connaught Place, the restaurant was an evident to the fact that ‘Hunger unites people'— I could find foodies from across the world joined to be a part of their kitchen, and trust me, the food was something to express ‘awe' for.

After the food, I believe, nobody should forget to plunge into the ‘Sinful Dessert' their menu hosts.

And this time, I choose Makhmali Malai Rabri and it was supremely delish.
Get a look at it, isn't it mouth-watering?

Alright, today it's official – Mr Fancy Pants is foodaholic. Well, Delhi Street food festival was on my mind and after the biryani session, I straight away headed to the very popular commonwealth games venue Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Though the event ran for three days, 13th of December was the last day of the fest and along with it came most of the crowd. Though the food was a bit pricey, nonetheless, trying different delicacies from various parts of India once a while calls for a price to pay, however, the food was worth.

Though Food fest showcased the food from almost all the parts of India; however, the footfall of most states were missing, but the ones present were inviting.
Have a look at a couple of stalls and what they had to offer.

It’s the Crocs Thing!

I believe that the best thing in life is something that adds value and is simple, and if we talk about the world of goods and commodities—it should be affordable. Apparently, crocs are the best things in life.
Though I owned a couple of Crocs as a kid, but I have never been a fan of it or strongly thought about it, but I do remember doctors wearing them a lot at the emergency room may be for some reason. That’s pretty much I knew about Crocs.
However, recently as I ran into the Crocs store in Gurgaon, Galleria market, I was compelled to rethink about my comfort quotient. The store was flooded with a lot of collection, and trust me, this time the collection was way beyond what Crocs usually used to be; keeping the basic layout similar they have beautifully played around with the design and of course, comfort comes first as Crocs is very particular about how they show themselves to the world.

The Duet Busy day Collection:
For the comfort lovers, the Duet busy day collection is so far the best, the all-way stretch neoprene uppers and the Croslite foam much softer foot bed will make your busy day a happy day. They are mostly go-anywhere shoes and works best when you want more comfort out of your life.
The girls I’m sure are gonna love every piece of it.
Check out few of them:

Though there were other collections on display. Guys these are a couple of other collection which you wouldn’t miss.

Be Messy!! Be stylish

Style has never been something I say you should follow. Style is what you are. You can’t be the chic or the dainty princess spreading charm all the time, there are parts of you that are often messy, and portraying it is never a bad bargain.

We often talk about—wearing our skin, forgetting what it means. Though the literal meaning has a potential to fetch me to the juries, but with a little twist invigorates a new meaning, say – ‘wearing your mind’.

Taking the ‘wearing your mind’ trend to the street fashion— let's delve into how these fashion comrades drive their fashion to a bold, messy and stylish  street look.

The Men's Gear

There aren't much a man would like to include in his everyday-look, nevertheless, few can easily slip in with him. Lately in my list, wristband tops the chart.
Though I ain't much of an endorser of things chunky, however, these leather bands are a sort that doesn't need an invitation or a thought to wear. You simply wear it!
Well someone told me once-- 'When confused, go earthy', though I understand the agony of few whose attires demand nothing on weekdays as I recommend, nevertheless, there are always the two best days in a week for you to explore the rugged side.

But never miss a chance to get hold of these lovely creatures and which, of course, are man-made

Style Phenomenon

Style has always helped me in getting noticed for all the right reason and helped me be me.
While talking about the style, I really don't appreciate anything extravagant, being stylish and staying rooted is what the play all about. Well, there are many elements that make a look fervid, one of the biggest cue is coordination.

The look that I endorse is a serious sensation in my wardrobe lately-- the drop crotch pants. These pants have something that I don't mind wearing every day, it's comfortable and helps relax all day long. Being a guy who never compromises on comfort, these pants never disappointed me. It can be carried well-off as a casual attire and can be teamed with your graphic tees as well.

You can definitely try few of my looks-

Confession of a Shoe Addict !!

Who says addiction is bad as long as it is shoes?

Now the point is, what drove me to this? Well, someone once said--"A journey always starts when you put your best foot forward", and my journey begins every day with the best pair of shoe I own.

What's hit on my list these days are Espadrilles and printed lace-ups These are trendy and can go well practically with every casual outfit you choose. Though I am not been tormented with corporate formals every day, but for those who are, nevermind, you always have Fridays to look forward to. So when it comes to style, if your outfit makes you look cool, your shoes make you look coolest.

Here are few of the key pieces that I would like to suggest you to have in your wardrobe:

Beauty Avalanche at Oscars

This year's Oscar was a real blend of entertainment and upliftment; from Patricia Arquette who champions women's rights in her acceptance speech to Neil Patrick Harris going on stage in almost nothing (didn't work for him much though) to Oprah's Oscar legos, to twitter going viral over Sean Penn's comment.

Nevertheless, with all the pomp and show, the 87th Academy Awards has undoubtedly been the exhibition of the best red carpet trend this season. With all the connoisseur of fashion showcasing their trend, few new players had made their debut in the show, one among them was Alaia who designed Lady Gaga's costume and was a rebel.

Though Emma Stone nailed a divine look in her Elie Saab Couture,
Lupita Nyong'o pulled her pearl- dress quite elegantly. Adding more to the red carpet was Dakota Johnson with the red dress! The 50 shades of Grey star brought a mystic hue in her look with the Saint Laurent dress.

Let's share few of the Oscar moments and keep the show going !!
